    Doctor gave me APO CLORAZEPATE tablet.
    Thats' to relief anxiety.

    Side effects are, clumsiness, unsteadiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness and slurred speech.

    Don't talk to me if you see me having all of e above problems.
